1. Getting Started

1.1. How do I register for the auctions?

Registration is free and only takes a minute. Simply visit ToolPassPro.com, create your account, and you'll be ready to start bidding on our live auctions.

1.2. Are these auctions real?

Absolutely! Every auction on Tool Pass Pro is real. Thousands of members have won DeWalt tools through our auctions, and many share photos of their winnings in our Facebook community. If you're new, browse through our Facebook group to see real customer wins and experiences.

1.3. How do the auctions work?

Our auctions run every week:

Most auctions begin at just $1
There are no reserve prices
Auctions typically begin Tuesday evening
Auctions close the following Tuesday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time
New auctions begin immediately after the previous auctions end

Simply place your bids, and the highest bidder when the auction closes wins.

2. Club Membership

2.1. How do I become a Club Member?

Simply visit our Membership page and choose either:

$299 annually

2.2. What are the benefits of becoming a Club Member?

Club Members receive exclusive benefits including:

Free shipping on eligible auction wins
Exclusive DeWalt Hot Deals
Deep discounts on select DeWalt products

2.3. If I already won an auction, can I still become a Club Member and receive free shipping?

Yes! As long as you purchase your Club Membership before paying for your auction winnings, you'll receive your Club Member shipping benefits.

3. Auction Payments

3.1. How long do I have to pay for my auction winnings?

Winning bidders have 48 hours to complete payment. Accounts with unpaid auction wins after 48 hours may be placed on hold until payment is received.

3.2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure online checkout.

4. Shipping

4.1. When will my auction winnings ship?

Most orders ship the next business day after payment is received. Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

4.2. Do Club Members receive free shipping?

Yes. One of the biggest benefits of Club Membership is free shipping on eligible auction wins.

4.3. What happens if my package is lost during shipping?

While lost packages are rare, they do occasionally happen. If the shipping carrier confirms that your package is lost, we'll refund the amount you paid for the auction. Because auction inventory is often unique, replacement products are not guaranteed.

4.4. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

5. Bidding

5.1. What if I accidentally enter the wrong bid?

Please contact us before the auction closes. While we cannot modify an existing bid, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new bid.

5.2. Can I cancel my bid?

In certain situations, yes. Contact us before the auction closes and we'll review your request.

5.3. What happens if I don't pay for an auction I win?

Winning bids that remain unpaid after 48 hours may result in your account being placed on hold until payment is received.

6. Products

6.1. Can I purchase products without bidding?

At this time, we do not operate a traditional online store. Most products are available exclusively through our auctions. Club Members also receive access to occasional Hot Deals that are available for direct purchase.

6.2. Do you still offer Mystery Boxes?

We no longer offer our monthly Mystery Box program. However, we periodically offer Accessory Mystery Boxes through our auction platform.

7. Giveaways

7.1. How do I enter the monthly Spin to Win Giveaway?

Simply post a picture of your auction winnings in our Facebook group. Each photo you post earns one entry into that month's Spin to Win Giveaway.

7.2. Are Club Members automatically entered into giveaways?

Yes! Club Members are automatically entered into our exclusive monthly Club Member Giveaway. In addition, posting photos of your auction wins earns entries into the monthly Spin to Win Giveaway.
